IMPORTANT: By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of

the Sponsors and designated judge, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Challenge.

1. Sponsors

The Founder Wash & Jelly Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by Born Brands, doing business as én

Love Beauty (the “Sponsors”), 1420 Vantage Way S., Suite 104, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Gabrielle Zalina will

serve as the designated judge. Dollar General Corporation, Amazon.com, Inc., Instagram/Meta, and TikTok

are not sponsors or administrators of this Challenge and are not responsible for its operation.

2. Promotion Period

The Challenge begins September 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends October 23, 2026 at

11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsors’ designated systems and records are the official

timekeeping devices. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia

who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Entrants must maintain a public Instagram or

TikTok account from entry through winner verification. Private accounts are not eligible because the

Sponsors must be able to view and verify the entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors, and members of

their immediate families or households, are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes spouse, parent,

prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, create and publish one eligible Reel/video on Instagram or video on TikTok

showing your dry wash-and-go result using én Love Curl Jelly obtained from Dollar General or Amazon.

To qualify, the entry must:

 show the entrant’s fully dry wash-and-go result on video, with the finished curls visibly moving so the

result can be evaluated;

 be submitted as an Instagram Reel or TikTok video; static photo posts, Stories, and other non-video

formats are not eligible;

 clearly show the én Love Curl Jelly product in the post;

 tag @enlovebeauty in the post or caption;

 follow @enlovebeauty on the platform used to enter;

 like the official Founder Wash & Jelly Challenge announcement post on that platform; and

 remain publicly viewable through October 30, 2026 and comply with these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) entry per social media account or page during the Promotion Period. An entrant who

controls more than one account/page may not submit the same content from multiple accounts. A post

shared on both Instagram and TikTok will be treated as a separate entry only when posted from a distinct

eligible account/page on each platform. Automated, mass-produced, duplicated, fraudulent, or third-party

entries are prohibited.

A purchase is not required to enter; however, the required product must be lawfully obtained and shown

in the entry. Borrowing or otherwise lawfully accessing the product is permitted. Normal internet or

mobile-data charges may apply.

5. Entry Content Requirements

Each entry must be the entrant’s original work and must not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy,

publicity, or other right. The entrant must have permission from every identifiable person appearing in

the entry and, if requested, provide written proof of that permission.

Entries may not contain unlawful, unsafe, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or

discriminatory material; third-party advertising; copyrighted music or imagery used without permission;

misleading claims; or content inconsistent with the Sponsors’ brand values. The Sponsors may disqualify

any entry that does not satisfy these requirements.

6. Weekly Entry Periods and Winner Schedule

Eligible entries will be assigned to the weekly judging period in which they are first published. All times

are ET.

Entries submitted from October 22 at 12:00 a.m. ET through October 23 at 11:59 p.m. ET will remain

eligible for the Grand Prize but will not be included in a weekly judging period. Weekly winners remain

eligible for the Grand Prize.

7. Weekly Judging

All eligible entries in each weekly period will be evaluated by Gabrielle Zalina using the following 100-

point judging criteria:

The eligible entry with the highest total judging score for each weekly period will be the potential weekly

winner, subject to verification.

8. Weekly Tie-Breaking

If two or more entries receive the same total weekly score, the tied entry with the higher Creativity and

Originality score will rank higher. If the tie remains, the higher Curl Definition and Finished Result score

will control, followed by Product Visibility and then Overall Presentation and Adherence to the Challenge.

If the entries remain tied, the designated judge will conduct a final comparative evaluation and select the

entry that most effectively communicates the “No crunch. Just curls.” campaign concept.

All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, including weekly-winning entries, will be

considered for the Grand Prize. Each entry may receive up to 100 Grand Prize points, calculated as

follows:

Judging component — 50 points. The entry’s 100-point judging score under Section 7 will be multiplied by

0.50.

Engagement component — 50 points. At 12:00 p.m. ET on October 26, 2026, the Sponsors will record the

entry’s publicly visible combined number of likes and valid comments. The entry with the highest verified

engagement total will receive 50 engagement points. Each other entry will receive a proportional score

calculated as: (entry’s verified engagement total ÷ highest verified engagement total) × 50.

A valid comment must be made by a distinct, authentic account and relate reasonably to the entry or

Challenge. The Sponsors may exclude the entrant’s own comments, duplicate comments, spam, bot

activity, purchased engagement, engagement-exchange activity, or other artificial or fraudulent

interactions. Shares, saves, and views will not be counted because they are not consistently public or

comparable across photo and video entries.

The eligible entry with the highest combined Grand Prize score will be the potential Grand Prize winner. A

Grand Prize tie will be broken first by the higher judging-component score, then by Creativity and

Originality, Curl Definition and Finished Result, Product Visibility, and Overall Presentation, in that order.

If a tie remains, the designated judge will select the entry that best represents the campaign concept.

10. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Six (6) weekly prizes are available. Each weekly prize consists of $200 cash and two én Love Beauty Boxes,

one for the winner and one for a friend, with each box having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $50.

Both boxes will be shipped to the winner. ARV of each weekly prize: $300. Aggregate ARV of all weekly

prizes: $1,800.

One (1) Grand Prize is available, consisting of $2,000 cash and two én Love Beauty Boxes, one for the

winner and one for a friend. Both boxes will be shipped to the winner. ARV of the Grand Prize: $2,100.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,900. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitution is permitted except that the

Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Cash

will be delivered by a method selected by the Sponsors. Product colors, varieties, or contents may vary.

The Sponsors are not responsible for differences between stated and actual retail value.

11. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified through direct message from the official @enlovebeauty account on the

platform used to enter and may also be announced publicly. A potential winner must respond within

forty-eight (48) hours after the notification is sent and provide all requested information and documents.

Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID,

proof of U.S. residency, mailing address, completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance, Liability

and Publicity Release, Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by the Sponsors. If a

potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond within 48 hours, fails to provide required documentation,

refuses the prize, or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the

next-highest-scoring eligible entry.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the

winner’s sole responsibility. The taxable value includes the cash award and the fair-market value of the

product portion. Where required, the Sponsors will report prize value to the appropriate tax authorities

and issue an applicable tax form, including Form 1099-MISC. A winner must provide a valid taxpayer

identification number when legally required before prize fulfillment.

13. Rights Granted by Entrants

Entrants retain ownership of their entry content. By entering, each entrant grants the Sponsors a

nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to reproduce, repost, publish,

display, edit for length or format, distribute, and otherwise use the entry, the entrant’s public username,

likeness, voice, and statements in connection with administering, promoting, advertising, and publicizing

the Challenge and én Love Beauty, in any media, without additional compensation, notice, review, or

approval, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsors will not materially alter an entry in a manner that misrepresents the entrant. Entrants

waive any claim arising from uses authorized by this section to the extent permitted by law.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use the winner’s

name, city and state, social media handle, likeness, voice, biographical information, winning entry, and

prize information for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, notice, or

approval.

15. General Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process; attempts to

manipulate judging or engagement; uses bots, purchased interactions, multiple identities, or deceptive

practices; harasses other participants; or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The Sponsors may remove

or disregard any prohibited content or interaction.

If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another

cause impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Challenge, the Sponsors may suspend, modify,

or terminate the Challenge and, if feasible, select winners from eligible entries received before the

affected event using the judging procedures stated here. The Sponsors’ failure to enforce any provision

does not waive that provision.

16. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Dollar

General Corporation, Amazon.com, Inc., Instagram/Meta, TikTok, and each of their respective parents,

affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives,

and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or injuries arising out of participation in the

Challenge or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or awarding of a prize, except where such release is

prohibited by law.

The released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, deleted,

inaccessible, or corrupted entries; account privacy settings; platform outages; transmission failures;

affect the Challenge.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that disputes arising from this Challenge will be resolved

individually, without resort to any form of class action, and governed by the laws of the State of Florida,

without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted legal action must be brought in a state or

federal court located in Duval County, Florida, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those

courts. Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.

18. Privacy

Information collected from entrants and potential winners will be used to administer the Challenge, verify

eligibility, fulfill prizes, satisfy legal and tax obligations, prevent fraud, and exercise the rights described

in these Official Rules. Sensitive identity and tax information should be submitted only through the secure

method designated by the Sponsors and not through public comments or ordinary social media messages.

19. Platform and Retailer Disclaimers

This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta,

TikTok, Dollar General Corporation, or Amazon.com, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases those entities

from responsibility relating to the Challenge. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Challenge

must be directed to the Sponsors and not to those entities. Product availability may vary by retailer and

location.

20. Winners List and Questions

Winner announcements will be posted by @enlovebeauty according to the schedule in Section 6, with the

Grand Prize winner expected to be announced October 30, 2026. For Challenge questions or a winners list,
